Book Funnel Mailing List Allsorts!
What are your best promotion tips? My top one is pick one or two books from the list, read and review them to your e-mail list. Discuss the covers, if you know the author talk about them. All of these things engage you readers and help them focus. After all they see you as someone they trust and are engaged with.
What are your top tips? It’s easy to give away books but we want to keep these new readers for the long term. What do you do that works? I’ll add any tips here.
There are some great resources to improve these images. I have left them blank so that you can use them how you wish. Hopefully I’ve picked out a good cross section but of course you don’t need to use any of these.
All these images are from pixabay.
There are some great resources to improve them, the first is Canva. You probably already know it but if you don’t, have a look. I mostly use it to add text to an image. It’s free and easy to use.
The second is an easy little tool to add your book cover to the front of those kindle / e-reader images. You need to use a free piece of software called Pixlr. I’ve also included a link to a set of instructions. I guess you can use any photo software but I’m no good at this stuff and the instruction use pixlr so that’s what I use. In the instructions it shows how to make a 3D cover of a book but you can also follow the same principles to update these e-book photo. Instead of using the book template as the first image use one of the images above and then proceed from there.
